Here are some frequently asked questions from our residents, and the links to answers on the Second Life Wiki:
Q: I just bought the land and want to pay tier. What do I do?
A: Thank you for your purchase! Please pay the tier directly to Phobos Jamberoo. Also, if possible, drop a landmark. A box will be assigned to you in our offices, and we’ll send you a landmark to get there.
Q: Do I need a premium account to own land with Virtual World i?
A: No, a premium account is not needed, and the land will not count toward your land allowance.
Q: What are banlines?
A: Lines of floating red letters spelling out “no entry” that appears on the boundaries of a land parcel that your avatar is not allowed to enter. Ban lines are limited to a height of 768 m above the terrain mesh when you’re explicitly banned from the land. If the parcel is simply not pubic access or restricted to certain Residents/groups, then the lines go up to 50 m above the terrain mesh.
